I had a very comfortable stay and would happily return. I liked the hotel, it was relaxing and clean with a stunning and excellent location to Sozopol old town. - Thanks to the pleasant staff, everything was very good. - the venue was just off both sightseeing in the beautiful town of Sozopol as well as near to the beach and the main square of Sozopol's new town.

the experience was comfortable and i would stay here again. enjoyed this fairly clean and pleasant place, pleasant staff and new-fashioned rooms. they provided a wide range of savoury choices for breakfast that was included. its location in sozopol was stunning and good, not far from all the shops and restaurants, all sozopol and the centre of sozopol. i tried some drinks at bar ocean pub, located 5 minutes walk away.

Although the second room was not as nice as the first, the staff made up for it by offering us a complimentary breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious with individually prepared dishes and a variety of fresh fruits every day. The location of the hotel was also perfect - just a short distance from the city center and only 15 minutes away from the beach and old town.

The hotel is situated on a hill, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. the rooms are clean and bright, with beautiful views of the sea from the balconies. the reception staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist in perfect English. the cleaning ladies are punctual and thorough, ensuring that the rooms are spotless and well-stocked with amenities. the breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a variety of fresh options.
One minor issue is the cleanliness of the room, with a clogged drain in the shower and dusty upper shelves in the closet.

As a delighted guest at Ema Hotel, I had a wonderful stay for 5 nights. The exceptional staff was incredibly welcoming and responsive to any issues that arose. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 5-10 minute walk from all the points of interest in town. The rooms were spotless, thanks to the friendly and smiling cleaning lady. The icing on the cake was the refreshing pool, which was never crowded. I must mention the receptionist, Ugenia, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

the room was clean and cozy, and the view from our window was breathtaking. We enjoyed having a pool to cool off in after long days of exploring the city.
On the other hand, we were disappointed that the pool was not open during the early summer season. We had paid extra for this amenity, so it was frustrating to not be able to use it.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is situated in the central part of town, just off the main square. This means that it is very close to the center, making it convenient to access all the shops and restaurants in the area. the rooms are clean and well taken care of, with a beautiful view from the terrace. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. the breakfasts offered are delicious and rich, ensuring a great start to the day.
Some guests mentioned that there was a lack of shower curtain in the room, which led to the floor getting wet after taking a shower.
